Vermicelli with grilled meatball  , a very famous food , sounds very popular  with people in Ha Noi but it is quite unfamiliar with foreigner tourists  . However , this food , with the delicacy inside ,  has always made a strong impression  on international visitors  right from the very first time they tasted it .

To make the special of this dish , the meatball is one of the main two parts that can  be indispensable . After had been marinated with the right amount of spices  and ingredients such as onions , peppers , fish source , etc  in one or two hours , the meatball must be grilled carefully with coal . Only when using coal  can the meat have a delectable smell that can not appear if being cooked  by  any kind of different methods .
